It’s time to tackle pollution and restore our rivers once again.
CLEANUP DETAILS
This spring, join together in a community-wide effort across Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties to remove over 100,000 pounds of trash from our river system during the 28th Annual Milwaukee Riverkeeper Spring Cleanup!
Milwaukee Riverkeeper provides the gloves, trash bags, and FREE T-SHIRTS, you provide the people power, and together we will restore our waterways!

Cleanup: Saturday, April 23, 2023, starting at 9am, arrival times vary
Following the cleanup, celebrate at RTG's 12th Annual Earth Day Celebration at the Harley-Davidson Museum

More than 80 locations across the Milwaukee River Basin!

SAFETY
We’re doing our best to make our rivers healthy, so it’s important for us to also care for the health of our communities at the same time. Be sure to wear gloves and sunscreen! Wash your hands and don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle, cleaning up is hard work!
