 ROCK THE GREEN FESTIVAL 2017 FOOD BOOTH VENDOR AGREEMENT

This Food Vendor Agreement (the “Agreement”) provides the terms and conditions under which the undersigned food vendor (“Vendor” or “you”) shall be permitted to use a Tent Booth or Food Truck (as defined below) at the Rock the Green, Inc. (“Rock the Green”) Event (as described below). 

 

Event:              Rock the Green Festival

Event Date:    Saturday, September 9, 2017 – Reed Street Yards, Walker’s Point, Milwaukee, WI

Event Time:    2:00PM – 11:00PM

 

Booth OR Food Truck

  • Vendor

    • 1-10' x 10' or 10' x 20' space (for your own tent, or available for rent) or space for a Food Truck and an 8’ table provided by RTG. See Food Booth Vendor Package for tent rental fee.

  • Electricity available, see fees in Food Booth Vendor Package above.

  • Vendor shall be responsible for food handling, staff members and set-up and breakdown of its own Tent Booth.

  • You cannot sell any beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. 

  • RTG to provide vendor shared hand washing sinks & grey water holding tanks.

  • RTG will provide compostable napkins, plates & utensils. (if you require additional compostable products, vendor needs to provide certified compostable serving/ware items)

  • Vendor responsible for refrigeration needs and cooling equipment.

 

 

Vendor Inclusions and Rights:

  • Vendor shall have the right to use RTG festival name & logo in promotions, if approved in advance by RTG.

  • Vendor may provide a recipe to showcase on www.rockthegreen.com weekly feature, ‘Foodie Friday’. 

  • Vendor shall receive 8 worker passes and 1 VIP parking pass for the Event.

  • Vendor shall retain ALL revenues from Vendor’s sales, RTG does not take royalty

  • RTG shall include Vendor’s logo and a hyperlink to Vendor’s website from www.rockthegreen.com

  • RTG shall include your logo on Farm to Fork Banner Tower

    • Vendor may provide signage to promote booth

    • Vendors can highlight and showcase their menus and use this space to promote their brand through graphics (can include website and street address), plated food displays, any unique visual (uniforms, chef bios/photos, ingredient displays, table settings, framed articles) and small food sample giveaways.

 

 

Vendor Responsibilities and Obligations:

Vendor hereby agrees as follows:

  • To reserve your booth/food truck (limited space; signed contract and payment confirms your spot) Vendor shall provide payment & signed agreement:

    • Vendor Fee payable to Rock the Green, Inc. to the following address:
      Rock the Green, Inc., P.O. Box 170893, Milwaukee WI, 53217.

    • Or pay online (at the bottom of this page) once you receive vendor approval from Rock the Green Management

  • Vendor shall secure all necessary permits for operation of its Tent Booth/Food Truck and the sale of food items, including all staffing permits, sales permits, health department permits and sales tax licenses.

  • Vendor shall comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations applicable to its operation of a Tent Booth/Food Truck and sale of food items, including without limitation, food safety requirements.

  • Vendor shall provide an appropriate number of staff for vending operations and for set up and break down of Vendor’s Tent Booth/Food Truck.

  • Vendor shall not sell any beer, soda, wine, juice, water or other beverages
     

  • Menu & Ingredient Guidelines

    • Vendor shall use as many local and sustainable ingredients as possible. Each menu item to feature an ingredient that is humanely, organically, sustainably or locally produced or raised.

    • Vendor shall use meat that is humanely or organically raised.

    • Menu items need to be reviewed & finalized by Rock the Green as to not duplicate items

  • Promotion

    • Food Partner to provide a minimum of 5 social media mentions about participation in RTG

    • Food Partner to include RTG Logo and hyperlink on their website

    • Food Partner to display RTG posters/flyers at retail location/s, if applicable

  • Vendor agrees to the additional terms and conditions set forth on the “Food and Vendor Liability & Compliance” sheet attached hereto.

  • Due to near-zero waste efforts, vendors may not distribute paper coupons, gift certificates, flyers, magazines, recipes or premium giveaways on-site.
